Once your payment is verified, you will receive access to the Student Dashboard where Zoom links for upcoming classes appear 15 minutes before each session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join.

A yoga mat is recommended but not required — a clean, non-slippery floor surface works too. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. No special equipment is needed for any of our classes.

Absolutely. Our Beginners class on Wednesdays is designed specifically for newcomers, and every other session includes modifications for all levels. Ritu will guide you personally throughout.

There is no penalty for missing a class. As a monthly member, you have access to all five weekly sessions — attend whichever ones fit your schedule. Recordings are not provided, as the value of live classes lies in real-time interaction.

All live sessions are held at 7:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time), Monday through Friday. This timing works well for a morning routine before work or school. A timezone converter is available on the Schedule page for international students.

The trial costs a one-time fee of Rs 200 and gives you access to any one scheduled live session. It is a great way to experience the class format and Ritu's teaching style before committing to a monthly membership.

After selecting your plan (trial or monthly), you will be shown a UPI QR code. Scan it with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), complete the payment, and submit the transaction reference number. Ritu will verify and activate your access within a few hours.

We do not offer refunds once a payment has been verified and access has been granted. We encourage you to try the Rs 200 trial class first to ensure our classes are right for you before committing to a monthly plan.

Yes. Your membership is valid until the end of the current billing period. Simply let us know you do not wish to renew, and your access will end at the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are given.

Yes! Students from any country are welcome. Class times are displayed in IST by default, but you can switch to your local timezone on the Schedule page. Payment is accepted in INR.
