Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a payment for a trial session (₹200) or monthly membership (₹2,000) has been verified and access has been granted, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued under any circumstances.

1. Why We Recommend the Trial First

To ensure our live class format and teaching style suit your preferences before you make a larger commitment, we offer a low-cost trial session for ₹200. We strongly encourage all new students to attend a trial session before purchasing a monthly membership.

2. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly membership renewal at any time before your current 30-day access period ends. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the paid 30-day period. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

3. Class Cancellations by Ritu

In the rare event that Ritu must cancel a live session due to illness or technical failure, an alternative make-up session or extension of your active billing period will be provided.

4. Payment Verification Rejections

If a submitted payment screenshot or UTR cannot be verified against our bank records, the order status will be set to rejected. You will be given the opportunity to provide valid proof of payment. If payment was not actually processed, access will not be granted.
