Terms of Service | Yoga With Ritu

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trial class or subscribing to a monthly membership with Yoga With Ritu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Live Class Access & Behavior

Access to live Zoom sessions is strictly personal to the registered user. Sharing Zoom links or meeting passcodes with non-registered individuals is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior during live sessions without refund.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Yoga involves physical movement. You are responsible for consulting a physician prior to starting any exercise program. Listen to your body and modify or stop poses that cause pain. Yoga With Ritu and instructor Ritu are not liable for injuries incurred during practice.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Trial classes (₹200) are one-time payments for a single session. Monthly memberships (₹2,000) grant access for 30 consecutive days from verification. Payments submitted via UPI QR require manual admin verification before access is granted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, class materials, logos, and website materials belong to Yoga With Ritu. Recording live classes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
